HOW WE WORK
Our Repair Process
1.
Contact
We receive a message through the contact form with details about your repair and images for us to go over.
2.
Response
We will check your initial message along with the images of the repairs that need doing and respond to you to say if we can repair it or not.
3.
Going Ahead
If we can repair it for you, we will give you a quote along with a timeframe and when we can schedule your repair.
4.
Item Arrives
Once we receive your goods we will then set a time dedicated to your repair.
*We will only repair from the information and images that have been given to us.
5.
Repairs Started
Your repair will begin depending on when we’ve scheduled it. If there are any issues you will be notified.
If no issues are found and no further work is required we will contact you on completion to let you know about payment and how you’d like your item back.
6.
Completion
Once the payment has been confirmed we will either dispatch your goods (if you’ve picked this option) and give you a tracking number. Otherwise you can give us a date and time when you will be collecting your repair.*
