The most frequently asked questions that we get on our Camping Service Centre website.
How long will my repairs take to complete?
Repairs can take upto 14 days, but there is a 3-4 Working Day Express Service option which costs an extra £20 plus VAT (subject to availability).
Will you ship my products or will I have to collect?
The repaired products can be returned to you via FedEx which will require a signature on arrival or can be collected from our premises.
What payment methods do you use?
We can except Visa and Mastercard Credit or Debit Cards, PayPal or Cash on collection.
Why is there an inspection charge?
If items are just dropped off to us without previous contact and we need to inspect to find the areas for repair, then we will add and inspection charge. This cost will vary due to the size of the item being inspected.
Why is there an extra storage charge?
We expect all items to be collected within a reasonable time of within 1 month of receiving the ‘Repair is Ready!’ email or SMS. Failure to do so will result in storage charges.
Do you repair items that have been damaged by rats, mice or other rodents?
We do not repair items that have been damaged by rats, mice or any other rodents due to health and safety reasons.
Will the repair be invisible?
Most repairs can be undertaken using a variety of fabrics and fittings, where possible matching types, textures and colours to make the alteration as inconspicuous as possible.
